I've only been renting from them for a short period of time, but so far it has been great. The keyless entry was hard to figure out, but it makes it easier once you get the hang of it. The price is fair. Customer service is nice and called me back after hours. So far, I recommend at least giving them a try!“

This place is nice. I've never used a climate controlled storage unit before so compared to the non-climate controlled places I've used this place is great. I would give it a higher rating but when I initially signed up I couldn't contact anyone to answer some questions I had. I tried sending them an email and calling the number like the site said but no one ever got back to me. I ended up signing up anyways because the location is close to where I need it and they were running a good sale. I also would have liked the app sign up and usage to be a little more user friendly but with some time I ended up figuring it out on my own. I love the locks they provide and the coded access. The one entrance door I use was having some technical difficulties the last time I was there though. They have some bumps to iron out but overall I haven't had any big issues so far.
Edit: The new owner reached out to me to see if I had anymore questions or concerns. He also explained that they were in the process of taking over that's why I never got a response. The new owner is very good at getting back to you in a timely manner. Thank you!!
